Hank Troscianiec
I joined Cape Fear Coast Real Estate when I first entered the business and have enjoyed my tenure there since. After working in the film industry for over a decade my wife Sherry and I agreed it was time to start a family. Since then I have been blessed with two wonderful children son Cameron Michael and daughter Mallory Ann. My previous work experience also includes my position as V.P. of Sales for a data collection firm. My current civic duty includes serving as a Commissioner for the City of Boiling Spring Lakes.

Since joining Cape Fear Coast, I've worked with professional real estate investors, second home buyers and relocating families.

When working with buyers I pay careful attention to their needs and pursue the best value within their criteria. Knowing the market has allowed me to identify value for my clients time after time.

As a Seller’s Agent I pride myself in educating my clients on current market conditions and realistic expectations.

Susan Bartenfeld, GRI
I've always been the "beach bum". North Carolina has always been my home. I was born and raised in Charlotte. But, I've lived in the Mountains, the Piedmont and now the best, COASTAL NC.As a REALTOR® it is my job to know a lot about my clients. It is the only way to find the home that fits their needs and their wants. This is so important to the trust issue, so on that note, let me tell you a little about myself. I am very dedicated to my profession. I love what I do and where I do it. I started in Real Estate, as an agent, in July of 2000. Prior to becoming an agent, I worked as an administrate assistant in a Real Estate office. So, I learned the business from all sides. And, I think that has helped me be a better agent. In October of 2005 I earned my GRI, Graduate REALTOR® Institute. I am very proud of that! I also completed the course "100 Days to GREATNESS" by Brian Buffini in May 2007. Boy, what a class! Loved that one! I plan on earning my CRS, Council of Residential Specialists, my ePRO and several other designations in the near future. Education is very important. It helps me, serve you, my client, in a more professional manor. Real Estate is a changing business, it's important to stay on top of it. I'm blessed with my husband Doug, and our 3 grown children and our 5 grandchildren. BOY, Life is GOOD!
